Home-made products as usual, most products on a farm are made by hand. If we look at our approximately 1,500 peach trees, the question arises what to do with the fruit ripening at different times. The answer: on-site processing.

We made a range of products such as jelly, canned fruit, spread as well as jam and juice.

The goats provide us with cheese and wool, which is used for natural products. Fish, beef and pork as well as chicken is part of our range of products. In this region, goat meat is a product in great demand.

We produce smoked foods, which are not common here, such as bacon, ham, smoked sirloin and well-spiced smoked sausage from pigs and cattle.

Our 30 bee colonies in the 20ha eucalyptus forest produce large amounts of top-quality honey. The wine produced on our farm completes our range of products. Not only wine but also an excellent double-distilled Grappa wears our name
