Wine

The wine-producing region is situated in the Uruguay river valley at 57° W and 29° S. There are about 320 days of sun per year and a very good soil in a hillside location above a see which reflects the afternoon and evening sun thus intensifying the solar radiation even more.

Therefore, the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec ripen in a sunny climate which offers everything that is necessary for growing a good wine without using other resources. Likewise, the grapes are processed and the wine is cultivated and bottled after two years of storing in wooden Grapia barrels in accordance with high hygienic standards. The result is a very fruity wine, with a very mild and pleasant taste.

Our production is limited to a maximum of 3,000 litres per year. This guarantees the exclusiveness of our wines; the high quality is ensured by means of permanent control and hard labour.
